Recommended Actions (Respond to Questionnaire)

we have added an internal responder for a few questions but the Respond to Questionnaire is not showing to the internal responder in the email body, I have already given the below rights but having the same issue, do we need to give the additional roles, we want to give access of questions, noting else

 

Assign the following privileges to Internal User which should resolve the Link issue
> View Supplier Qualification Workarea
> Create Supplier Qualification Questionnaire Response as Internal
> View Supplier Qualification Questionnaire Response as Internal

Qualification Notification to Internal User Does not Have A Link To The Questionnaire (Doc ID 2415761.1)
