Eligibility Profile to check for completed performance document

Hi Experts

Has anyone used an eligibility profile which checks if there is a recent completed performance document for the employee? eg checks if the employee has a completed performance document within the last 4 weeks? Is it possible to do this? I am assuming I would need a formula - does anyone have any examples of similar eligibility profiles and formula to show how this could be done?

The requirement is that Line Managers should only be able to award a Bonus when there is a completed performance document for the employee (we are not using Performance Ratings). The Line Managers will use an ICD Plan to award the Bonus. I would use the Eligibility Profile in the configuration of the ICD Plan.
