Update instructions on initial Apply page

We have turned on the ability for candidates to receive communications via text message but it's lead to a few issues and we would like to update the instructions on the initial application page where they sign up using their phone number or email address. For example, they don't realize that this means that the system will only communicate with them via text message and they enter a landline number that can't receive text messages.
However, we are not able to edit this in page composer and have not located it in the content library.
How do we edit this language?
