Payroll Time Card Approvals fail for Compensatory Time type

Summary

Payroll Time Card Approvals fail for Compensatory Time type

Content

The Payroll Time Card Approval fails when worker submits time card with Compensatory Time entries only. The approval workflow works fine when the same worker submit compensatory time along with other payroll or absence time entries (like regular pay or vacation). The approval workflow also works when there is no compensatory time entries.

The Payroll Time Card approval rule is currently setup to go to line manager for approvals for all employees. Should I include any specific attribute/criteria for the Compensatory Time entries? Any immediate help/inputs on this issue would be highly appreciated. The client went live last week and most of their exempt employees need to enter compensatory time entries for last week & this week.

Howdy, Stranger!
