Mass print Performance document process provides a partial result

HR users are not able to get the full result required of process called Mass Print Performance Documents. The system doesn't work or partially works to display the full scope required of 166 Performance Documents. 
We tried with 3 different HR users in Hdex environment (with custom roles and seeded roles) and the log results only shows 50 or 60 Performance Docs (instead of 166 Perf.dos which is the full scope expected).

We followed a specific steps to reproduce the incident:
Step N°1 - Log into Oracle HCM > My Client Groups > Perfomance
Step N°2 - Click or select Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents
