What kind of documentation is to be expected from consultants after delivering OIC

This is my first foray into Oracle Cloud after many many on-Prem R11 and R12's.  Typically development left us a boatload of detailed MD070 docs so our development team can work on integrations, forms, reports, etc.   

For Oracle Cloud, which uses Application composer, Groovy scripts, BI Publisher, and OIC for integrations, what should I expect as far as documentation and how early in the project should I expect to get it to review it?
