Tax Credits Screening At the Job Application Flow

Hi all,

We have a scenario for candidates to complete the Tax Credit when completing their job application flow, however, when a candidate profile is created by a recruiter and converted to an applicant they don't see an option to complete WOTC?

Is there a way to get this completed for candidates?
