Benefits Configuration Workbook

Hi

We are about to start looking at Benefits and wondered if anyone has a Benefits configuration workbook that they would be prepared to share to get us started, or even an overview of roles and basic navigation paths.

We have started to look for white papers and implementation guides but often find they cover lots of things that we might not even need to use or configure and we don't want to confuse ourselves.
