How to detect Unrestricted when an employee becomes eligible due to Age change or Length of Service

edited Jan 21, 2021 1:13AM in Benefits 5 comments

Summary

Change in Length of Service or Age should trigger Unrestricted life event

Content

We are using Seniority dates V3.

We have an plan that allows unrestricted enrollment while the eligibility is based on Age and Length of Service (based on seniority date). When the employee turns becomes eligible due to age (25 or more) and Length of Service (1 year of service), we would like the Unrestricted event be detected and processed overnight to enroll the employee in this plan.

Any thoughts?
