There was a recent issue that development helped triage for the customer related to displaying of Approver Comments in the Approval History details.

Context:

Customer logged an SR indicating that this one specific approver's comments (even though comments have been mandated as required as part of the approval process) were not appearing in the Approval History details.

Analysis and Solution:
