The Smart Data feature in CX Sales enables sales reps to add accounts and contacts into CX Sales with little to no manual data entry. At record creation, sales reps can search for the account or contact with type ahead functionality, choose it from a pick list, and add it into CX Sales already enriched with 2nd and 3rd party data.
