Hi Team - I have below doubt, request you to please clarify:
I have an Approval Group ("Group1") defined as having employees (A, B, C, D).

Scenario 1:
X is the manager of all A, B, C, D. When a  notification assigned to the approval group after the stipulated time the manager X receives escalated notification and then it goes escalated to X's manager and so on as designed in BPM. This is fine.

Scenario 2:  Below is their hierarchy
A - A1 - A2 - A3 so on,
