Requisition sharing option on Social Networking website for Recruiter/Employees

We have enabled addthis feature on external Career site and external candidate is able to share the Job on social networking sites but this (job sharing) option is not showing on Internal Career site or neither showing to Recruiter on Requisition page under hiring.

Looks like this feature is given for only external candidate. Is possible to enable to the Job sharing option for Employees/Recruiter on Internal Career site?
