How do you Print PDF copies of T4s for Terminated or On Leave Employees?

We are processing Year End for the first time this year.  We have set the default document delivery preferences to Online for our T4 Original Document Type, and we are allowing individual overrides (which will be done by HR rather than employees) For employees who are on leave or who are terminated with no access to HCM, we will need to print and mail their T4s.  We are not sure how to do this.  The Process itself generates a report with all employees, rather than a select set of employees with the paper option.

What have other companies done to actually generate and print PDFs for a select population for T4s?
