Does Oracle have an option to adjust the search mechanism under the Supplier section?

When searching for a vendor that was paid in the past, you're able to click on 'Advanced' and use a drop down search feature for
names that "contain" or "start with" certain characters. However, under the supplier screen you search by "Keywords" or
even under advanced you search by supplier name, but no option to search with the drop down feature. The drop down
feature helps with accuracy of searches. Does Oracle have an option to add the dropdown feature under the Supplier section?
