How to restrict the candidate for apply the job whose age is below 18 years

I have observed that candidate is able to apply the Job whose age is below 18 years in ORC. Looks like system is not checking the age when candidate select their DOB. Is any configuration available to restrict the candidate to apply the Job based on their age?
