Fast Formula for the MBO bonus

Hello,

 

the client would like to monitor the bonus MBO real time. At the momento during the pm process managers evaluate goals in a performance document here based on the actual value insert for each goals there is a rule in order to understand how much bonus can be given.

 

Is there a way in order to create a Fast Formula that can extract the bonus paid based for each employee based on the information insert in the actual value, target value and weight of each goals?
