This is a sample Journey template in XML format that you can directly import in your environment and allocate it to your employees who are returning to work amid the pandemic.

Below are the steps to import this Journey:

  1. Ensure the profile option PER_CHECKLIST_IMPEXP_ENABLED is enabled

  2. Create a questionnaire with the code - COVID_PROC. This questionnaire should be configured with the subscriber as 'HR Checklists'. You need to configure both - questionnaire template and questionnaire.

  3. Application Task "Tell us about your vaccine" navigates the employee to their own 'Personal Details' responsive page. In order for the employee to record details about their vaccine, you must configure appropriate segments of the PER_PERSONS_DFF descriptive flex field.
