Changing School label - Career Site

Hi everyone!

Don't know if someone can help me with a Profile Type label issue - is there any other way of changing the School label (that appears on the Career Site when a candidate is applying) without using User Interface Text? Because maybe it will change as well in Talent and it's something that the Client doesn't want.

Any tips?
