Hi Team,

My customer is having a requirement to have a approval whenever employee submits service request from hr helpdesk. For this i have created a custom text field using application composer and than created an object workflow for Service Request object and selected the option Business Process. In Business Processes i have selected the ExtBusinessProcessComposite, added the approvers and selected the custom filed. 

Also i have added the custom field to the service request details page. Approval is triggering fine when tested within sandbox when sandbox is published approval flow is not getting triggered. Any inputs would be much appreciated.
