Hi,
I have a question about performance documents. For instance we created a performance document for the evaluation of the employee competencies (skill mapping document). In case of employee termination work relationship, can the employee's manager (to whom the document is assigned, in order to evaluate his/her direct report's skills) still display (inside My team -> Performance) and fill in the performance document? Also in this case is it necessary to Cancel the document in order to prevent the manager to display and fill in it?
Hoping someone has some suggestions.
