Hello Team - We are creating a Requisition and submitting it for approval. The Approver gets the notification for approval in his bell icon. But as per oracle:

1) Once the notification assigned to the user afresh, when the user will open the bell icon the notification will show in BOLD and with a blue dot beside it.

2) Once the user clicks on the Bell icon and closes the bell icon without reading the notifications, then the blue dot goes away from notifications as the notification is no more new and the notification still shows in BOLD, indicating that it has not been read by the user.
