Passing Dynamic Filter values in a report

Hi,

I have to filter the search report data associated with a field by passing a dynamic value that is available in the Workspace(i.e Incident.contactID).

Can anyone please let me know if this is possible either by using expressions or by using custom scripts?

I know by using custom scripts, we can fetch the filter value passed. But I have to pass the filter value dynamically.
