Approval of Performance Document workflow based on a DFF value

Dear Experts

My customer has a complex Approval requirement for Performance Evaluation. Basically the require a possibility by Manager to give a rating of Satisfied or Unsatisfied while performing Managers Evaluation. This is besides the Overall Rating. 

My Solution is to define a DFF with a Value Set Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory which is only visible in one Template for the Role of Manager.  

Next the requirement is that if the value is Satisfactory and then based on the Job of the Line Manager an Approval might be needed from his Manager or not. If the value is unsatisfactory then based on the Job of the Line Manager an Approval would be needed by N-2 and N-3 Line manager or N-3 and N-4 Line managers.
