Dear Team,

1. Competencies have been loaded in the profile item catalog, along with proficiency level description for each rating level
2. In the performance template > structure tab, we have enabled the display of Target Proficiency Level for items in the competency section.
3. In the Performance Document, the target proficiency level is displayed based on the required level defined for the job (based on model profile). The list of proficiency level descriptions for the competency is shown in the Show Additional Info region.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT:
Customer requires that the proficiency level description corresponding to the Target Proficiency Level should be displayed in addition to (or instead of) the Target Proficiency Level.
