Hello,

I have a requirement that says an employee is enrolled in a Basic Dental Plan for 2 years after initial election.  They can change options but cannot change plans.  EX:  they can add or remove dependents to choose another tier within the plan, but they cannot move to another dental plan until 2 years has passed.

See attached for configuration details.

Written details:

  • I use the seeded fields on the  basic dental plan > enrollment train stop > highlight the plan > scroll down on the general tab and select > required period of enrollment again on the plan: unit of measure = Years and number of units in period = 2.

Howdy, Stranger!
