TCC: Ability to export e-signed documents from Onboarding for stuck processes

Hello - We have an issue with onboarding due to which our processes are stuck. The E-signed documents aren't generated as a result. I was wondering if there is a way using TCC to either export the e-signed documents or update the status of the individual tasks that are stuck in Not Completed status?
