Workspace Rule for Pop up Warning if you are attempting to send email to invalid email address

Summary

We need to provide additional stopping points or warnings to our agents

Content

We need create several warning when we have a contact with an invalid email address

  • when incident is open or created
  • when the Agent clicks on Send or Send & Close

I thought I had this but the results are very inconsistent, so our rules need to be modified.

I can use some examples of what have been done for others.

We tried:

Apply rule when EDITOR Loads or Contact Changes

BUT only if Primary Email invalid equals yes

THEN display a message box
