HELP! Cannot access Oracle Analytics Cloud with Free Tier account

I created Cloud Free Tier account via Oracle Academy.

I successfully downloaded one of the Oracle Cloud Labs (see the attached Lab1) from Oracle Academy. When I tried the lab instruction on page 2: "2) From the hamburger menu select Platform Services > Analytics", it took me to region=ap-tokyo-1, not my home region=ap-melbourne-1. I tried to subscribe to Tokyo but it failed because the Cloud Free Tier account only allows one region.

When I checked https://www.oracle.com/in/cloud/data-regions/#apac, Oracle Analytics Cloud is available to all the APAC including my home region=ap-melbourne-1 and region=ap-tokyo-1.
