How to modify address in job application

Summary

I want to either remove 'County' from being visible to the end user, or making this a field that auto-generates after the end user enters their zip code

Content

I don't want to completely suppress or delete county as this could impact other sections that use County field in address. Instead, I only want to suppress it from the job application section. If this cannot be suppressed, then I want to make this field auto generate after a user fills in their zip code. Is this possible? Thanks.
