How to use Job Alert

We woud like to use the Job alert for candidates

We have activated :

  1. the check box Job Alert opt in in the Apply Job application flow
  2. and also activate job notification in content library.
  3. talent community pool in the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  4. Scheduled the 3 ess job

When using it, the candidates did not receive any email after one day

did we miss something ? do we need to create Talent community Job application flow because we do not use talent community ?
