Candidate profile not updated when making changes to address on the employment side for internal or

We loaded address for contingent workers using HDL and those address are not visible when we search for the candidate profile using candidate search My client Groups-->Hiring. However when we click on the address section and click add, I can see the address in the fields and save it to reflect on the candidate profile.

We have ran the below ESS jobs too after loading the address:
1) Load workers into the candidate table
2) Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for search.

Due to this we are having issue with Duplicate check and automatic dupe check is not identifying candidates since it only use name. Any insights will be helpful! Thanks
