    • Journal Import FBDI upload successful but Journal Import process not picking up.

    Hi,

    Can anyone please assist- I have uploaded Journals using FBDI but notice the Import process is not picking up these Journals and creating them. I did the following Scheduled Processes:

    1. Load file into Interface- Process completed as Successful

    2. Import Journals- process completed with success but the the child process i.e Import Journals did not kick off, which means the journals were not transferred to UI

    Access has been checked, files checked, Ledger ID's checked too. Any idea why the child process is not kicking off?
