Some of the BPA items are not coming in self service requisition

Hello Everyone,

I have created a BPA with 50 lines. All are expense items

As per my understanding all the 50 items should come in the self service procurement.

But when I try to search in the search box I could see only 2 items rest 48 items are not appearing.

Kindly help to resolve the issue
