Is it possible Overwrite a program in the target environment through Export and Import Benefit confi

We had migrated the Benefit Program alongwith its Plans,Eligibility Profiles,Formulas et all to the target environment. Now during the testing phase, the client came up with many CRs and now we had changed in the Testing environment compared to the UAT environment.
Now, we are stuck in a Catch 22 situation.
Either Delete all the objects in UAT and remigrate (Very long process)
Change the configuration in UAT one by one referring to the Test environment.
Is it possible to just overwrite the existing Benefit Program in UAT with the same name in given in the Test. What should be the steps to do so if thats possible?
