We are noticing a decrease in applicants across the board post implementation of ORC Recruiting. We moved to ORC after the pandemic hit. We are a medium size of company of about 4,500 colleagues.

  • Have you had any issues with SEO/ Job Boards using job function/job family and scraping your positions? 
  • Does anyone have any feedback on what the factors are that are contributing to the decrease in applicants?
