Current Job -> Jobs -> Internal Job Filter by Default

Hello!

I am writing regarding internal job posting.

In particular, we would like employee to be able to see only internal job requisition. We know it is possible for them to apply the filter "Internal job" in Job attributes, but I was wondering if it is possible to perform any customization that make this filter flagged 'by default', so that when an employee navigate to this page he / she will be able to see only internal job.
