Unable to create a PD for an Inactive Assignment

Hello,

I am writing because I am facing some issues with creating performance documents for inactive assignments.

In particular, when I navigate through the task Performance -> Create Performance Document and search for the employee (also flagging "Inactive" as filter in the Assignment Status) I cannot see any results.

The employee has a goal plan on the inactive assignment.

What I noticed is that on the inactive assignment they have not a manager anymore...and even by adding it with a correction, it is not displayed.

Any suggestions?
