Hi All-

We have created 2 documents in Performance a Mid Year and an Annual Document.  All employees have the Annual document started with goals and now it is time to start using the Mid Year.  As we look to how to best instruct the employees to move the goals over to the Mid Year document we have been testing the Copy from Other and Update Goals option in the Actions button. 

Does anyone have some good advice on the better option to instruct employees?

Our objective is to keep the process simple and clean.
