Fully responsive performance documents - missing functionality

We are moving to the fully responsive versions of performance documents, which means a massive change to our guidance, training material, videos.  But not only that, it is a massive change to the engagement of our managers and employees.  We need to make sure this is 'simpler' than the previous versions.

From the first view of the documents in our testing environment, i have noticed the following:

  • There does not seem to be anywhere to add performance or development goals from within the documents anymore,  This is crucial to our workforce
  • There no longer seems to be the ability to remove goals from that performance document - again, this is crucial
