Hi All,

Can we implement the below reports in Service Cloud?

  • Report to see how many incidents have been closed and then re-opened?
  • Report to see how many times an incident has been opened and closed
  • Report to see how fast incidents are closed – e.g. how many incidents are closed the first time it is closed.

Please let me know how to create these reports?
