Single-line summary of mailings by contact?

I've combed the Analytics thread and Outreach reports, but can't seem to find what I imagine ought to be a pretty basic report we are very interested in. The closest I found is the Outreach Activity report (found in \Public Reports\Outreach\Views - Outreach\Editor Reports - Outreach), but this gets rather granular, showing a separate line for each time the contact viewed the mailing. If we do numerous mailings for a contact, and they view the email numerous times, this could get really long.

Rather, we are looking to nest a report in a tab control in the Contact Workspace, and have it show a single line for each mailing/campaign associated with any given contact, with the following columns:
