Access to Contingent Worker in Participant Feedback

Hi All,

As per our configuration, Contingent Workers do not participate in the Performance evaluation process and do not have access to the Performance tile.  When an employees and managers creates Participant feedback, contingent workers can be found and selected in the Feedback Participant search. The notifications are sent to the contingent workers and when the contingent worker clicks on the link to provide feedback they see a blank page, because they don't have access to to the Performance module.
