Mid-Year Review Best Practice
I'm curious what trends you are all seeing when it comes to mid-year reviews. I've seen some older posts regarding this topic but I know this conversation around continuous feedback is ever-changing.
I would rather not have the mid-year review be an entirely different performance document (ideally it would be a separate task within the annual performance document). Have you seen customers using check-ins for the mid-year/continuous review? Or are they using the goals module to request feedback regarding specific goals? Any thoughts are welcome.
