TCC, how can I merge candidate accounts with TCC?

Need to solve duplicated candidate account issue


We have hundreds of duplicated candidate accounts, the older one were created by TCC and the newer one are created by candidates. Candidates using the newer one to submit applications and recruiters extended offer on the newer account. But the smart org user account is linked to the older candidate account. Can I merge the duplicated candidate accounts by TCC? or can I update the link between Candidate account and User account with TCC? I am new to the community and I searched the posts. I see some similar request, but I don't see an answer that could work for me.
