Age out dependent loss of eligibility event ability to change plan option

Hi all,

We have a event detection that posts 'loss of eligibility' when a dependent reaches the age out limit.  This works fine in certain situations.  Where it doesnt work is where the plan option should change.  For example employee selects family option to cover spouse and child.  When age out happens the dependent drops coverage, but family coverage is still elected.  Is there a way for the event to change coverages to EE+Spouse option without manual intervention.

Thank you in advance for your support!
