Unable to create performance document for one employee only in new UX (RUX responsive user experienc

Summary

Unable to create performance document for one employee only in new UX (RUX responsive user experience)

Content

Steps we took;

  • Created performance document type
  • Ran process mass action for Performance Documents for this one particular employee, using the newly created performance document type (which we were able to choose from the dropdown, as well as the employee).
  • Process runs successfully
  • Employee is eligible

When we search performance documents, it is in the list but when we search for the employee, it’s not showing up.

I looked through other posts in the community around this matter but none of the solutions offered seem applicable to our situation; we have Line Manager as the default manager in the performance roles configuration. We have got the correct roles and privileges assigned to us (Human Capital Management Integration Specialists (seeded role), and privilege to create performance documents in line manager role) and, it’s not showing up as an error in Data exchange > Import and load data.

Howdy, Stranger!
