Provide account reference to customers requesting on accounts looking to add business

We have customers on a regular basis coming to us asking for references/payment history on accounts they are looking to add business.

The following information is what we typically provide on the trade reference requests:

Name of Account
Account Address
Date Account was Opened
Date of Last Sale
High Credit for Year
Balance Now Owed
Amount Past Due
Payment Background (Ave Days Slow)

We are wondering how other Oracle customers send this information to their customers. Is there an existing report we can utilize to pull this information or does anyone have an example of a report of a similar report?
