Using HCM Worker Rest API to extract headcount, goals and performance, turnover data

Hi,

We are trying to fetch fusion HCM data directly from fusion HCM to Power BI to create different HR dashboards. We currently leverage Power BI for all of our enterprise and executive reporting. 

We tried to use HCM EMP Rest API but due to controlled availability ((Doc ID 2060899.1), we were directed to use Fusion Worker Rest API. Exploring the worker rest  API, we found out that there is limited functionality to pass on the filter criteria.

Example Endpoint: https://oraclecloudpod.com/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers?q=PersonNumber='XXXX'

This is not working when we try to put a filter on any attributes from child nodes like
