Business needs to identify unused standard text and delete - is there a report available?

Hi gurus,

We have a need (urgent) to identify and remove Standard Text that has not been used since a certain date (eg: since 01 Jan 2020 (or any timeframe for that matter)).  The vanilla 'utilisation' reports [13012 and 13034] are ok but don't give the data we need - ie: Standard Text not  used since xyz date.

If anyone has suggestions I would love to hear them.
